The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
The App is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Features such as tax summaries, withheld-tax tracking (including TDS, FTS and GST in India, and VAT, sales tax or withholding tax in other countries), and invoice generation are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. Tax rules differ by country and change over time — the App records and organises what you enter, it does not determine your tax liability.

We do not guarantee that using the App will result in any specific outcome, including but not limited to increased productivity, accurate tax filings, or successful client billing. Your results depend on how you use the App and the accuracy of the data you enter.
Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, operating system updates, or any other circumstance beyond our control. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your data using the App's built-in export feature.
The App may interact with third-party services (such as Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and Supabase). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Preface Studios Plus, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preface Studios Plus from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
